Delivery promise

Product pages show the best available delivery estimate using seller handling time plus marketplace transit rules. Final delivery timing is confirmed at checkout based on the selected address.

FastShip and seller fulfilment

FastShip orders are handed over through the marketplace courier network. Self-ship orders are dispatched by the seller using their approved fulfilment settings.

Tracking

When a shipment is created, tracking information is attached to your order and updated as courier events are received.
