Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 22, 2026 | Effective Date: June 22, 2026
Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Tazeet Services. By accessing, registering on, or using the Tazeet platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Tazeet", "we", "us", "our" — TAZARA FZ-LLC, incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Trade License No. 7004983, RAKEZ), operating the Tazeet Marketplace platform.
- "Platform" — The Tazeet website (tazeet.pk and tazeet.com), mobile applications, APIs, Seller Central, and all associated digital services.
- "Tazeet Services" — All services, features, content, and tools available through the Platform.
- "User" — Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, including as a Buyer, Seller, or visitor.
- "Buyer" — A registered User who purchases or attempts to purchase goods or services through the Platform.
- "Seller" / "Vendor" — An independent third-party merchant registered to list and sell products on the Platform.
- "Listing" — Any product, service, or item published by a Seller on the Platform.
- "Order" — A confirmed transaction between a Buyer and Seller facilitated through the Platform.
- "Content" — Any text, images, videos, reviews, descriptions, or other material submitted to or published on the Platform.
- "Prohibited Items" — Products or services that are illegal, restricted, or otherwise banned from the Platform as set out in Section 11.
2. Platform Overview & Tazeet's Role
Tazeet operates as a technology-driven multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting independent Buyers and Sellers across the UAE, Pakistan, Qatar, and GCC markets. Tazeet acts as a marketplace facilitator and intermediary technology platform — not as the seller of products listed by independent vendors, except in cases where Tazeet is explicitly identified as the seller on a product listing.
Accordingly, unless Tazeet is explicitly the seller of record:
- The contract for the sale and purchase of any product is formed directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
- Sellers are solely responsible for their product listings, authenticity, accuracy, inventory, pricing, fulfilment, warranties, and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Tazeet is not a party to any transaction between a Buyer and a third-party Seller and shall not be liable for Seller conduct, product quality, or fulfilment failures, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Tazeet reserves the right to set and enforce marketplace standards, mediate disputes, and take action to protect Buyers and the integrity of the Platform.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use Tazeet Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or at least 16 years of age with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Not have previously been suspended or removed from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notifying us immediately at support@tazeet.pk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Tazeet reserves the right to verify your identity, reject your registration, or suspend your account at any time at its sole discretion.
4. Licence to Use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Tazeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.
This licence expressly excludes:
- Any resale, commercial exploitation, or sublicensing of the Platform or its content without Tazeet's prior written consent.
- Scraping, data mining, use of bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract product listings, pricing, descriptions, or user data.
- Copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
- Downloading or collecting account or user information for the benefit of any third party.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security feature or access control of the Platform.
- Using the Platform in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its performance or availability.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by Tazeet or its licensors.
5. Electronic Communications
When you use Tazeet Services or send emails or messages to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by:
- Email to the address associated with your account
- SMS or WhatsApp to your registered phone number
- In-app push notifications on our mobile application
- Notices and messages published on the Platform
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Transactional communications (order confirmations, payment receipts, account alerts) are non-optional. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Buying on Tazeet
When you place an Order on Tazeet:
- You are making a binding offer to purchase the product at the listed price, subject to acceptance by the Seller.
- An Order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from Tazeet. This confirmation forms the contract of sale between you and the Seller.
- Tazeet and Sellers reserve the right to cancel an Order if the product is out of stock, the listed price was a clear error, payment is not received, or if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
- You must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Tazeet and its Sellers are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.
- Tazeet sells products to adults only. If you are purchasing a product intended for a child, you confirm you are the parent or guardian completing the transaction.
7. Pricing, VAT & Taxes
- All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency applicable to your market (AED for UAE, PKR for Pakistan, QAR for Qatar) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are inclusive of any legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by law.
- Tazeet and Sellers reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
- For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. These charges are your sole responsibility. Tazeet has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
- You are considered the importer of record for cross-border orders and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
- In the event of a pricing error on the Platform, Tazeet reserves the right to cancel the affected Order and notify you promptly with an option to repurchase at the correct price.
8. Payments & Checkout
- Tazeet accepts payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, digital wallets, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
- All payment card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Tazeet does not store your full payment card details.
- By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate.
- Tazeet uses fraud detection systems. Suspected fraudulent transactions may be declined or subject to additional verification.
- Where instalment or deferred payment options are offered, additional terms and conditions apply and will be presented at checkout.
- In the event of a failed payment, your Order will not be processed. You will be notified and given the opportunity to retry with a valid payment method.
9. Delivery & Shipping
- Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product listing page and at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed dates.
- Delivery times and costs vary by Seller, product type, destination, and courier availability.
- Risk of loss and title for products purchased from third-party Sellers passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or courier.
- Tazeet is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier failures, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the Buyer.
- If your Order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@tazeet.pk and we will investigate on your behalf.
10. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:
- Most products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- In the event a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement.
- Certain product categories (perishable goods, digital downloads, personalised items, hygiene products once opened) are non-returnable.
- Where Tazeet is the seller of record, Tazeet provides a product warranty in line with applicable UAE consumer protection laws. For products sold by third-party Sellers, warranty obligations rest with the Seller.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period stated on the product listing. Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days following approval.
