2. Automatic Information We Collect
When you interact with Tazeet Services, we automatically receive and store certain types of information about your device and usage. Examples include:

4. Does Tazeet Share Your Personal Information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
a. With Sellers
When you place an order from a third-party seller on Tazeet Marketplace, we share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details with that seller solely to fulfil your order. Sellers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
b. With Service Providers and Partners
We engage trusted third-party companies to help us operate Tazeet Services, including:
- Payment processors and financial institutions
- Logistics and courier companies for order delivery
- Cloud hosting and data storage providers
- Customer support software providers
- Marketing, analytics, and advertising platforms
- Fraud prevention and identity verification services
These service providers access your information only to perform their specific functions and are bound by contractual obligations to keep your data confidential and secure.
c. For Legal and Protection Purposes

Tazeet operates as a multi-vendor marketplace hosting thousands of independent sellers. When you transact with a third-party seller, that seller may collect additional personal information independently. Tazeet is not responsible for the privacy practices of individual sellers. We recommend reviewing the relevant seller's privacy notice where available.
Our platform may also contain links to external websites and applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
8. Children's Privacy
Tazeet Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child, please contact us at support@tazeet.pk and we will promptly delete such information.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use Tazeet Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with UAE and Pakistan financial record-keeping requirements.
- Marketing preferences: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Security and fraud logs: Retained for up to 3 years for fraud detection and prevention purposes.
When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.
11. International Data Transfers
Tazeet operates across the UAE, Pakistan, Qatar, and other GCC countries. Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we or our service providers operate. When we transfer personal information across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections consistent with applicable data protection laws. By using Tazeet Services, you consent to this international transfer of your information.
12. UAE, Pakistan & GCC Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and complies with:
- UAE: Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL); and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) where TAZARA FZ-LLC is incorporated (Trade License No. 7004983).
- Pakistan: The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable regulations of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
- Qatar: Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- GCC: Other applicable national data protection frameworks in GCC member states where we operate.
Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise.
