Protect your account

Use a unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where available, keep email and phone recovery details current, and sign out of shared devices. Never disclose a password, payment PIN, or one-time code to a seller, courier, or someone claiming to be support.

Report compromise

Contact TAZEET immediately if you notice an unfamiliar login, order, address, payment, message, or account change. Also contact the relevant bank or wallet provider for payment risk. TAZEET may temporarily restrict activity while verifying control.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services for fraud, unauthorized transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, false identity, automated abuse, scraping that harms availability, malware, vulnerability exploitation, fake reviews, promotion abuse, harassment, or infringement. Security research must follow an expressly published responsible-disclosure process.

Devices and third parties

You are responsible for keeping devices and software reasonably secure. Do not give account access to an untrusted person or third-party service. TAZEET is not responsible for a service you independently authorize, except where law provides otherwise.

Protective actions

TAZEET may require re-authentication, cancel suspicious orders, reset sessions, delay sensitive changes, preserve evidence, or restrict an account when reasonably necessary. We will restore legitimate access after appropriate verification where possible.
