Prices

Independent sellers generally set product prices. TAZEET may fund or coordinate promotions. The checkout shows the total known product price, taxes, delivery, and mandatory charges. Reference prices and savings should have a genuine, supportable basis.

Promotions and coupons

Offers may be limited by date, stock, market, customer, account, category, seller, payment method, minimum spend, or maximum benefit. Terms shown with the promotion apply. Coupons are not cash, may not be transferred or combined unless stated, and may be cancelled for fraud, error, or abuse subject to mandatory rights.

Pricing errors

If a price is obviously erroneous, TAZEET or the seller may cancel before dispatch where law permits and refund collected funds. A price is not “obvious” merely because it is favourable. TAZEET will consider the displayed context, promotion, customer reliance, and applicable law.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and should discuss the product, seller, fulfillment, or service accurately. Do not post reviews in exchange for undisclosed value, coordinate fake reviews, threaten a review to obtain an improper benefit, impersonate another person, or disclose personal information.

Moderation

TAZEET may label verified purchases, detect manipulation, reject incentives, and remove content that is fake, irrelevant, abusive, unlawful, infringing, or unsafe. We do not remove genuine criticism merely because it is negative. A moderation decision may be reviewed through support.
