TAZEET publishes its complete seller contract and operating standards in the market-aware Seller Central Policy Center. Those documents govern sellers and are separate from customer purchasing terms.

Independent sellers

Unless an order expressly identifies TAZEET as the seller, the seller shown on the product, order, or invoice is an independent merchant. Sellers agree to maintain lawful registration, accurate listings, authentic and safe products, correct prices and stock, compliant invoices, warranties, returns, recalls, taxes, data security, and customer remedies.

Marketplace enforcement

TAZEET may verify sellers, review listings, test purchases, preserve affected funds, cancel unsafe orders, quarantine inventory, suspend accounts, and cooperate with payment providers, rights owners, and authorities. Verification and monitoring reduce risk but are not a guarantee that every seller or product will always comply.

Authoritative seller documents

Sellers must review the Seller Agreement, Marketplace Role, Code of Conduct, listing standards, prohibited-products rules, FBT and FBS terms, payments and reserves, product safety, intellectual property, data protection, tax compliance, enforcement and appeals, and the legal rider for their market.
