Restricted copies of your identity, contact and delivery details may be kept for up to seven years when they are connected to transaction, tax, payment, refund, fraud or dispute records, or are needed to respond to a valid government request. If the law requires a particular record to be kept longer, only that record is kept for as long as required. This information is not kept as an active account and cannot be used to sign in or restore your deleted account.
